What we collect
When you contact us we receive whatever you choose to send: your name, phone number, email address, property address, and the photos, documents and descriptions you provide about the work you need. If you send an inspection report, repair addendum or similar document, we receive its full contents.
Our website is a static site. We do not require an account and we do not ask you to create one. If analytics are enabled, they collect standard aggregate information such as pages viewed, approximate region, referring site and device type.
How we use it
To respond to your request, prepare a scope of work, schedule and perform the work, invoice you, and follow up about the job. We may also contact you about a related issue we noticed on your property. That is the whole list.
Text messages
If you text us, we will text you back. Message and data rates may apply through your carrier. We do not send marketing text messages. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from us, and we will contact you by phone or email instead.
What we don’t do
We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade or share it with data brokers, lead aggregators or advertisers. We do not use photos of your property in marketing without asking you first and getting a yes.
Who we share it with
Only where it is necessary to do the work: a supplier ordering a part, a licensed contractor we are referring you to (and only with your agreement), or a payment processor handling an invoice. We may also disclose information where required by law.
If you are an agent, landlord or property manager and you have authorized us to communicate with a seller, tenant or third party, we will do so within the permission you gave.
How long we keep it
Job records, photos and correspondence are retained for as long as we may reasonably need them for warranty, dispute, tax or accounting purposes. Photographs taken to document property condition — particularly on rental turnovers — are retained so they remain available to the client who commissioned them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any records we are required to retain. You can opt out of text messages at any time. Contact us using the details below.
Children
Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here rather than announced individually.
